What We Do - Partnered Agreements
We provide ASQA-compliant Learning Management System (LMS) resources and TAE-qualified assessor-approved drone pilot credentialing pathways.
Our services support schools, training organisations, and industry partners to deliver drone training with or without the issuance of a nationally recognised qualification. This allows partners to choose the level of accreditation and compliance support that best suits their delivery model and learner cohort.
Our resources are purpose-built to remove complexity from drone training delivery while maintaining strong alignment with national VET standards and aviation regulatory requirements. This enables partners to confidently deliver drone education, knowing that learning content, assessment frameworks, and evidence requirements are structured to meet audit and compliance expectations.
Our delivery model is flexible, scalable, and partnership-driven, supporting everything from LMS-only access through to full end-to-end student management. This approach allows organisations without TAE-qualified staff or RTO status to still participate in compliant drone training delivery through structured co-assessment models and RTO partnerships.
All assessment and credentialing pathways are clearly defined, mapped, and supported to ensure transparency, consistency, and regulatory confidence for all stakeholders.
All drone training resources are CASA-compliant for drone operations, and all LMS materials are mapped to meet ASQA training and assessment requirements, ensuring confidence in compliance, quality, and audit readiness at every level.
Options
1) ASQA-Compliant LMS Resources Only
This option provides access to our fully developed, ASQA-compliant LMS resources. It is ideal for organisations that already have qualified assessors and internal assessment capability and simply require compliant learning and assessment materials to support delivery.
Alternatively, this option may be used to deliver non-accredited STEM programs with no nationally recognised outcomes.
2) Co-Assessment Support (Non-TAE Approved Staff Organisations)
Designed for schools or organisations that do not hold TAE-qualified assessors, this option includes structured co-assessment support. We work alongside your organisation to ensure assessment decisions are made compliantly, while enabling your staff to remain actively involved in delivery as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and in ongoing student engagement.
3) Unit of Competency Issuance via a Registered RTO
This option includes compliant issuance of a Unit of Competency through a partnering registered RTO. It is suited to organisations that deliver training but require an approved RTO pathway to formally issue nationally recognised outcomes.
